Services for the protection of the Rai brand portfolio

Protection of the Rai brand portfolio: global contract value of 655,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT) for 36 months; comprising 90,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT) for continuous services (subject to reduction) and 565,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT) for specialized on-demand services (not subject to reduction). The latter includes 315,000.00 EUR for fees according to D.M. 194/2024 and 250,000.00 EUR for reimbursement of taxes, duties, and remuneration of foreign correspondents. The total amount for on-demand services represents a non-binding spending cap. For services not listed in the technical specifications table, an hourly rate of 200.00 EUR/hour applies. Subcontracting for main services is not authorized according to Art. 119, para 2 and 17 of d.lgs. n. 36/2023, to preserve confidentiality and integrity of strategic intangible assets. Only accessory and instrumental activities for foreign authorities may be subcontracted.
