Service Concession for Planning, Construction, and Operation of a Gigabit Network for Markt Kohlberg

Planning, construction, and operation of a Gigabit network: Service concession under the economic viability gap model for all advertised addresses based on Gigabit-RL 2.0; the goal is Gigabit supply for expansion areas with Gigabit-capable broadband connections of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrical under peak load conditions, with upload and download rates at least doubling. This includes passive network infrastructure (civil engineering services, empty conduits with cables, shafts, distributors, house connections, network termination equipment) and active technology for network operation. The construction of wired Gigabit networks applies to all network components, including network termination within the building of each advertised address, considering the requirements of Gigabit-RR 2.0, Gigabit-RL 2.0, the grant decision, the ancillary provisions (BNBest-Gigabit), the material concept, and specifications for passive infrastructure dimensioning.
