Implementation and rental of a digital platform for 'Smart Velenje – Mobility': The contract period for the rental begins with the handover of the implementation and runs until 31.12.2029 (estimated 27 months). An extension option for the rental period of up to 36 months exists, provided the necessary funds are available. The contractor will be informed about an extension at least three months before the contract expires. An annex for the extension will be based on the monthly unit price from the original offer, considering valorization as defined in the contract template. The contract is subject to the suspensive condition of secured funding availability at the time of assuming obligations.
