Digitization of Building Files
Digitization of building files: approximately 430 linear meters of building files in hanging files, approximately 190 linear meters of structural engineering documents in upright binders, and optionally approximately 38 linear meters of adjacent property owner files in upright binders. A total of approximately 620 linear meters of building files and structural engineering documents are to be digitized. The contract is awarded as a framework agreement, with a minimum call-off obligation of 400 linear meters of building files within 6 months. Further call-offs will be in tranches of at least 60 linear meters. The requirements of BSI TR-03138 RESISCAN, Version 5 dated 21.11.2024, must be observed.
