Digitization of Processes and E-Services for Katowice City Road and Bridge Authority

Digitization of Processes and E-Services: Creation and provision of public e-services through the digitization of back-office processes and data within the Katowice City Road and Bridge Authority. The project scope includes spatial data in public road areas, the development of back-office applications based on digitally available public sector information, the implementation of modern technological solutions, and the digitization of analog data for provision in e-services. Solutions must meet requirements for interoperability, cybersecurity, digital accessibility, and personal data protection (GDPR Art. 25(1), 25(2), 5(1)c, 5(1)f, 5(2)). This includes the purchase of an IT system for smart city concepts and ensuring the interoperability of IT systems for public registers.
