Disclosure Management Solution as SaaS

Provision of a Disclosure Management Solution as SaaS: Production and publication of the Annual Financial Report (RFA) for securing, standardizing, and industrializing the process, including regulatory requirements (e.g., ESEF) and their evolution, strengthening collaboration among contributors, and interfaces with financial and extra-financial source systems for efficient, traceable, and audited reporting. The solution also allows RATP to provide access licenses to its subsidiaries. The minimum scope includes the implementation of the integrated solution (including 3 months VSR) and access to the application service for 48 months. The maximum scope additionally includes access to the application service for a further maximum of 48 months, an extension of the application service up to 500,000 €, associated services for a maximum volume of 400 person-days, and reversibility. The initial contract duration is 48 months, with an option for 4 automatic extensions of 12 months each.
