Dodder Greenway Milltown Road - Dodder Walk to Dundrum Road Active Travel Scheme

Construction works for the Dodder Greenway Milltown Road - Dodder Walk to Dundrum Road Active Travel Scheme: The 1.2 km long section includes the provision of segregated cycle facilities, improved pedestrian facilities (footpath and junction upgrades), ducting, and resurfacing. Also included is the upgrade of two signal-controlled junctions (Milltown Rd and Churchtown Rd junction, Milltown Rd and Dundrum Rd junction) to improve pedestrian and cyclist facilities. Services comprise re-configuration of existing carriageway for cycle provision, site clearance, pavement works, kerbs and footways, traffic islands, public lighting, traffic signs and road markings, drainage works, traffic signals and ducting, utilities upgrades, landscaping and urban realm works, bus shelters (foundation only), bike stands, and temporary traffic management. The project is subject to funding.
