Document dispatch, printing, enveloping, and franking for the Federal Statistical Office

Transmission, printing, enveloping, franking, and dispatch of documents: approximately 100,500 letters per year, based on average annual dispatch volumes. This includes approximately 25,000 black-and-white letters (double-sided) up to 2 pages, 39,000 black-and-white letters (double-sided) up to 3 pages, 29,500 black-and-white compact letters (up to 4 pages), 4,400 black-and-white large letters (5-10 pages), 250 black-and-white standard letters (up to 3 pages) including postal delivery order; as well as approximately 500 color letters (double-sided) up to 2 pages, 1,000 color letters (double-sided) up to 3 pages, 500 color compact letters (up to 4 pages), 100 color large letters (5-10 pages), 250 color standard letters (up to 3 pages) including postal delivery order. Additionally, approximately 300 letters per year within the EU and approximately 200 letters per year to third countries are to be dispatched. Service provision is based on demand, with no claim to a specific volume. Execution begins on 01/01/2027 and ends no later than 31/12/2030. A lead time for technical implementation of at least four weeks between contract award and start of execution is planned.
