Included are delivery, implementation, launch, and configuration of the System, creation of documentation, knowledge transfer through workshops, provision of all necessary licenses, transfer of proprietary copyrights for the documentation, and a 36-month warranty for the System from the date of the acceptance protocol, including warranty services.
