Delivery, installation, and commissioning of an audiovisual system for Conference Hall 2.S2.D2 (approx. 360 m², 30×12 m, divisible into three sections by movable walls) and technical room 2.S2.6 in the EC1 East building (Building S2): This includes preparation and agreement of pre-implementation arrangements, delivery, installation, and commissioning of all AV system components, associated installation works (cable routes, penetrations, post-work completion), dismantling of an existing rack, cable management, installation of a new rack and equipment, installation of acoustic elements, integration of the AV system with the lighting system, configuration, programming, and commissioning of the control system, delivery of licenses and commissioning of a CMS system for digital signage displays, preparation of as-built documentation, training for the contracting authority's employees, integration of new systems with existing infrastructure (including Microsoft 365, DALI lighting, WiFi access points), and warranty and service provisions. Equipment must be factory new, unused, and sourced from a single manufacturer per product type. Licenses for the control and CMS systems are granted for an indefinite period.
