Delivery of Diesel Fuel for the Waste Utilization Plant in Tczew

Delivery of diesel fuel for diesel engines to the Waste Utilization Plant in Tczew: estimated total quantity 550,000 l, minimum guaranteed quantity 270,000 l. Deliveries are to be successive, at least once a month, to a fuel tank located on the client's premises (ul. Rokicka 5A, Tczew). A single delivery will be a maximum of 10,000 l. The diesel fuel must comply with standard PN-EN 590 and be suitable for the prevailing climatic conditions (summer, transitional, or winter fuel). Delivery must be made by a specialized transport vehicle equipped with a legalized fuel measurement system, adhering to ADR regulations. Quantity settlement is based on the client's measurement system, converted to +15°C. Each delivery requires a quality certificate (specifying density, cold filter plugging point, sulfur content, cloud point, cetane number) and a delivery document. Deliveries take place on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 14:00, within a maximum of 48 hours after order placement (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays). Transport, unloading, and all other delivery costs are borne by the contractor. The stated quantity of 550,000 liters is an estimate and may change, with a minimum guaranteed quantity of 270,000 liters.
