Delivery of medical devices for invasive neurosurgical procedures: Products must be certified, registered, and compliant with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, as well as applicable standards and technical specifications. Equivalent solutions are permissible. Goods delivered must not originate more than 50% of the total value from the People's Republic of China if the order is subject to the International Procurement Instrument (IZM) according to EU Regulation 2025/1197 and Article 8(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2022/1031. Subcontracting exceeding 50% of the total contract value to entities from the People's Republic of China is not allowed. Evaluation criteria are price (80%) and delivery time (20%); further items as per the tender documents.
