Printing services for Varna Municipality and municipal budgetary institutions

Printing services: Creation of designs (layouts) for requested items, printing, and on-site delivery of printed materials to the Contracting Authority. This is done according to an approved list of article types with technical parameters and print runs, as described in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Contracting Authority provides scanned samples of items for the Technical Specification. The production of printed materials according to Appendix No. 1 includes the creation of a layout, which is submitted electronically to the Contracting Authority for written approval, after which the item is printed and delivered. The contractor performs all necessary operations, including prepress, material procurement, editing, finishing work, printing, folding, gluing, stitching, binding, perforation, lamination, packaging (if applicable), and delivery, as well as all other necessary activities for providing the final product.
