Printing services for elections: timely delivery and printing of letters, voter passes, (replacement) voting passes, proxies, ballots, candidate lists (normal and large print), and envelopes, conforming to specifications from the Ministry of Interior and Kingdom Relations (Electoral Council) and the client. This includes processing address and shipping files, personalizing voting documents, enveloping sets of voting documents per election and their variants, and shipping to locations specified by the client. A web portal must be provided for uploading and downloading documents such as proofs, voter files, and overviews of voting passes to be collected. The ability to act adequately in unexpected situations is required. Approximately 128,000 eligible voters are to be considered.
