Flow Cytometer for Research

Delivery of a spectral flow cytometer for research: The device is required for experiments with more than 10 markers to be evaluated and must be able to record the entire spectrum of the respective fluorochrome and separate signals even with closely spaced emission maxima. It includes four spatially and temporally separated lasers in the red, violet, blue, and yellow-green light wavelength range, with an option for retrofitting additional lasers. High fluorescence and scatter intensity are required for detecting small or less fluorescent populations. Measurements of single samples and multi-well plates must be possible. The procurement also includes delivery, installation of hardware and software (if applicable, monitor and PC with control and analysis software), a warranty, and staff training.
