SaaS Software for Image, Video, and Document Management

The Federal Network Agency is tendering the provision of a software for managing image and video material as well as documents (Digital Asset Management System) as Software as a Service (SaaS). The service includes hosting the browser-based web application, migration of legacy data from the existing system CANTO (approx. 1 TB of material, 1,200 topics, 250,000 individual files) within 8 weeks of award, as well as optional training. The scope includes an initial 2 TB of storage space (expandable in 0.1 TB increments) as well as licenses for 10 administrators, 20 editors, and 1,000 registered and unregistered users each. The contract duration is at least 12 months up to a maximum of 48 months.
