Dynamic Purchasing System for Medicinal Products for CPZ-Sofia
Dynamic Purchasing System for medicinal products: Supply of various types of medicinal products for the needs of "CPZ-Sofia" EOOD for a period of 2 years. Quantities in the technical specification are estimated; actual execution is based on delivered products within financial resources. The system is conducted in two stages. Stage 1: Collection of applications for participation and qualification of suppliers. Applications (ESPD) contain information on candidates' personal situation and selection criteria. Deadline for initial applications: 07.08.2026. Thereafter, new applications are reviewed twice a month. After each review, a selection decision is issued, admitting qualified suppliers to the system. Initial applications are reviewed within 10 working days from the deadline. Stage 2: Collection of offers for specific invitations. Qualified candidates receive invitations to submit technical and price proposals for specific public procurements. The contracting authority awards contracts in this stage through separate restricted procedures within the system.
