The deliveries are intended to cover the needs of the medical units. The system is not divided into categories; it covers medicinal products whose distribution and trade conditions are regulated by the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine. Uniform selection criteria and delivery conditions apply. The nature and estimated quantity of deliveries are described by the technical specifications of previous public procurements by the center in the period 2023-2025, which are incorporated by reference to the internet addresses of the electronic procurement files in the tender documents.
