Dynamic Purchasing System for Technical Consultancy Services

Technical consultancy services for the City of Bergen: The dynamic purchasing system (DIO) covers consultancy and advisory services in area planning, administration and management, engineering design, development, control, and preparation of competition documents. It is primarily intended for small and medium-sized assignments; very extensive, complex, or specialized assignments will not be procured through this system. Services include engineering design for building and construction, project administration, construction management and client representation, reviews, analyses, and condition evaluations, ground surveys, zoning work and area planning, building engineering inspections (independent inspections), consulting in lighting and acoustics, and the preparation of competition documents. Requiring entities include the Development Department, the Agency for Buildings and Property, the Agency for Housing Management, the Water and Sewage Department, the Agency for Urban Environment, the Agency for Sports Affairs, and the Agency for Planning and Building of the City of Bergen. The system supplements existing framework agreements, with mandatory framework agreements taking precedence.
