Dynatrace or equivalent licenses and manufacturer support: Application-level online performance monitoring for existing DynaTrace systems covering systems such as KR, GovCA, ePapír, eHR, SZÜF (approximately 5.5 million users), and IDOM systems (ÖNYP, KÜNY, RNY). The procurement includes 180 Dynatrace Host Units (Managed, Term), 6.3 million Dynatrace DEM Units (Managed, Term), 3 million Dynatrace Davis Data Units (Managed, Term), 60 Dynatrace AppSec Units (Managed, Term), and 1 annual subscription for Dynatrace expert support with a flat rate of 27 days per year. The duration is 12 months. The net offer price includes all costs except VAT.
