E-Health Platform for PEDNET-LC

Provision, implementation, operation, and maintenance of a cloud-based telemedicine platform for PEDNET-LC: The platform serves as an established, product-available, and near-standard overall solution, used as a structured inquiry and screening mask for patients and general practitioners, and as a digital patient record. It enables joint collection, viewing, and use of patient data, management of patient flows, conduct of case conferences, and communication with patients, including video consultations. Performance goals include prescreening patient inquiries, networking centers, clinics, and interdisciplinary teams via a secure, standardized, and clinically proven cloud-based telemedicine patient record, legally compliant communication (data protection, professional law) between medical staff and patients, exchange of text-based patient data, support for case conferences and telemedicine care processes, connection to clinical data acquisition systems (ORBIS, Meona), export of patient-related data for research purposes into the data integration system (Bitcare GmbH) after study consent, and provision of a productively representative test environment with test data for acceptance tests, training, and interface tests. The project period extends until December 31, 2028, with an option for extension of the usage period and scaling to additional locations. A project plan must be submitted, which mandatorily includes the platform's Go-Live with all mandatory criteria by November 1, 2026, and the end of the hypercare phase and transition to regular operation by December 31, 2026.
