eHealth for Masaryk Oncology Institute

Modernization and development of functionalities for the Hospital Information System (NIS), Laboratory Information System (LIS), Pathology System (PAT), Transfusion Service System (TS), Biological Material Bank (BBM), Electronic Health Documentation Archiving System (DEA), and Patient Portal. This includes the standardization of electronic health documentation, implementation of eHealth identifiers from core registers, utilization of reference data from core registers and central eHealth services, and exchange network services for bidirectional access to electronic health documentation records. The delivery comprises integration interfaces and services for eHealth, connection to the infrastructure of Accredited Affinity Domain (AAfD) systems and services to ensure bidirectional communication, development of cross-border communication via the National eHealth Contact Point (NCPeH), and connection to electronic services and registries of the Integrated Health Data Interface (IDRR). Related services are provided as per Annex 2 of the tender documents. The contract duration for software delivery and implementation is 350 calendar days (corresponding to 250 working days); the contract for service support and software development will be concluded for an indefinite period.
