Unified Laboratory Analysis System for the Institute of Laboratory Medicine, University of Pécs

Supply and installation of a unified laboratory analysis system for the Institute of Laboratory Medicine at the University of Pécs, Siklós site: 1 fully automated random access hemostasis analyzer with a performance of at least 100 tests/hour; 1 fully automated hematology analyzer from the same manufacturer as the central site's equipment, connected to the central workflow control/data processing unit. IT control of the analyzers and sample handling processes must be accessible from all LMI sites. The maximum net rental fee is 80,000,000.00 Ft/year, maximum 400,000,000.00 Ft for 60 months. System installation must be completed within a maximum of 180 calendar days. Training for a maximum of 5 people simultaneously, maximum 3 working days per person, with continuous professional consultation for at least 6 months after commissioning (weekdays 8-18h, by phone). The framework agreement has a net volume of 1,034,968,096.00 Ft/year, totaling 5,174,840,480.00 Ft for 60 months. A call-off obligation exists for 70% of the annually planned test volume of 7,159,768 pieces. The supply must include factory-new products, covering all costs for import, handover, licensing, marketing, and transport to the user unit. Additional services include a static analysis for the central site system (upon contract signing), installation of a central water purification system for the Central, Rákóczi, Szigetvár, and Mohács sites, a reagent diluting unit for the Rákóczi út site, installation of power supply to the devices at all sites, provision of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) for the Szigetvár, Mohács, Komló, and Siklós sites, and all necessary physical modifications for installation at the Central and Rákóczi út sites.
