Establishment, operation, and maintenance of a 24-hour resting place for heavy vehicle transport along E16 Håbakken - Voss: approximately 50 parking places for heavy transport are required. Each individual resting place must have a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 placement places, include a service facility with toilets/showers, and charging stations according to requirements in point 3.2 hours. The resting place must be ready for opening at the latest 16 months after contract signing. The contract duration is 10 years from opening, with an option to extend for 1+1 year, resulting in a total possible lease period of 12 years. A maximum of one resting place will be awarded per municipality.
