eJustice Basic Service Scanning and PDF Conversion
Services for the eJustice basic service Scanning and PDF Conversion, divided into three lots. The services include maintenance, further development, and support for the existing individual software of the Scan subsystem, the provision, software maintenance, adaptation, and support of a PDF conversion component as standard software, and maintenance and support for existing licenses of the Foxit Rendition Server. Call-off quantities are a minimum of 700 to a maximum of 2,750 person-days for Lot 1, a maximum of 1,100,000,000 pages for Lot 2, and a minimum of EUR 1,500,000.00 to a maximum of EUR 3,200,000.00 for Lot 3. The tender is managed by the State of Bavaria for the development association "eJustice-Basisdienst Scannen" GbR (Bavaria, Brandenburg, Berlin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Hamburg, Rhineland-Palatinate).
