Framework agreement for temporary staff services in municipal health and care services: includes doctors for use in institutions/nursing homes, health centers, family doctor's offices, and emergency doctor surgeries; nurses for emergency doctor surgeries; and nurses and healthcare workers for use in institutions/nursing homes, home-based services, and emergency doctor surgeries. The need varies, especially during planned leave, unforeseen events, or increased activity, with shorter and longer assignments, typically highest during holiday periods, public holidays, and weekends. Sub-procurements are not allowed. Call-off mechanism: The first-ranked supplier (A) is contacted; if unable to deliver, the request goes to the second-ranked (B), then to the third-ranked (C).
