Electrification of the railway line Havlíčkův Brod – Ždírec nad Doubravou – Hlinsko

Electrification of the railway line Havlíčkův Brod – Hlinsko (inclusive) and the track section branch Tunel – branch Kubešův Mlýn: new construction of overhead contact lines, replacement of inadequate cabling, construction of a new switching station SpS Havlíčkův Brod, and modification or replacement of inadequate road overpasses. This also includes the preparation of project documentation according to SŽ SM011 and Decree No. 227/2024 Sb., defining technical, economic, and architectural details, material, constructional, technological, layout, and operational properties. The documentation includes the preparation of bills of quantities, detailed itemized budgets for construction objects (SO) and technical/technological equipment (PS), and a summary budget. Project work encompasses comprehensive public-law negotiations, negotiations with property owners, and securing all necessary documents and certificates for construction permits. Also included is the designer's supervision according to Act No. 283/2021 Sb. The contractor prepares the documents for construction implementation and applies for the necessary permits.
