Electrical energy for Kielce Commune, cultural institutions, and commercial companies with RES installations

Purchase of electrical energy for the objects listed in attachment 1 of the tender documents: estimated demand of 54,970,063 kWh for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. The Kielce Commune will sign one contract on its own behalf and on behalf of the municipal organizational units, cultural institutions, and commercial law companies. Invoices will be issued separately for each recipient and consumption point. The contractor will represent the contracting authority and its units before the relevant Distribution System Operator regarding supplier change notifications.
