Electrical and System Works for Property Maintenance

Notice title: Sähkö- ja järjestelmätyöt puitejärjestely 2027-2028 (2029-2030)

Electrical and system works for property maintenance: includes electrical installation works, various building system installations, and related materials for maintenance and annual investment works in properties owned by Mäntsälä municipality. The framework agreement has a duration of two (2) years from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028, with two (2) one-year extension options for the periods 01.01.2029-31.12.2029 and 01.01.2030-31.12.2030. The tender is divided into five lots, with up to five suppliers selected per lot. Individual assignments have a duration of approximately one (1) hour to several months and are billed on an hourly basis or as a separately tendered lump sum. For individual assignments exceeding 50,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT), a construction period security of 5% of the estimated total value is required.
