Sanitary Installations for Building 9 at Berufskolleg Dorsten

Renovation of sanitary installations and fire extinguishing systems in building 9 (high-rise building) of the Paul-Spiegel-Berufskolleg in Dorsten. The measure includes, among other things, the dismantling of old pipes, the new installation of approx. 670 m of stainless steel drinking water pipes, approx. 560 m of wastewater pipes and approx. 145 m of polypropylene rainwater pipes, as well as approx. 55 m of stainless steel dry fire-fighting risers. In addition, approx. 230 core drillings and the installation of sanitary objects are to be carried out. The work will take place during ongoing school operations in the adjacent buildings, taking into account a building tilt.

Heating Installation for Vocational College Renovation in Dorsten

The subject of the tender is the heating installation within the scope of the energy-related refurbishment of building 9 (high-rise building) of the Paul-Spiegel vocational college in Dorsten. The measure essentially comprises the complete renewal of the building services installations in the heating sector, including the installation of approx. 2400 m of copper pipe (15 mm - 76.1 mm) with mineral wool insulation, approx. 40 flat radiators and 2 heating distributors. Furthermore, extensive dismantling of old systems and approx. 220 core drillings for pipe nominal widths from DN 12 to DN 50 including fire protection are to be carried out. The main trade is heating installation, with the work taking place during ongoing school operations in the adjacent buildings.
