Electrical Installations for Service and Transformation Building in Schwedt/Oder

Electrical installations for the new construction of a four-story steel structure building with approximate external dimensions of 39 x 31.5 meters and an approximate gross floor area of 4,200 square meters: Installation of approximately 700 cable trays of various dimensions, approximately 3,500 m of installation pipe, lighting system, laying of approximately 29,000 m of cables, installation of approximately 400 sockets, approximately 200 switches, and 70 motion detectors. This includes a sun protection system, a building alarm system with RM monitoring, 17 manual call points, connection to security services, 160 multi-sensor detectors with integrated siren, laying of approximately 2,000 m of fire alarm system installation cables, and a fire information and control system. Furthermore, an intrusion detection system with 110 motion detectors and 19 bolt contacts, an electrical RWA system (smoke and heat exhaust ventilation system) in the staircase with smoke detector, wind detector, rain detector, and manual call point, as well as a central safety lighting system for escape and rescue routes. The data transmission network includes a passive data network in copper and fiber optic with multiple data cabinets, installation of 3 network cabinets, laying of approximately 20,000 m of copper data cables, and approximately 300 m of fiber optic data cables.
