Electrical Installation Works for Westfriedhof General Renovation

Electrical installation works for the general renovation of the listed building complex of Westfriedhof Munich: complete renewal of electrical systems in historical existing buildings and new/extension areas, with a gross floor area of approximately 6,735 m². The scope of services includes the new installation of power systems, laying systems and cable routes, delivery and assembly of main, sub- and area distribution boards, installation of energy-efficient LED lighting systems including safety lighting, establishment of telecommunications and data networks, intercom systems, earthing and potential equalization systems, and fire protection measures. Dismantling of existing systems is provided by others. Approximate quantities include: laying systems (cable trays, installation ducts, conduits) approx. 5,000 m, power cables and circuit lines approx. 35,000 m, telecommunication and data cables approx. 8,000 m, main, sub- and area distribution boards approx. 25 units, installation devices (switches, sockets, junction boxes) approx. 1,000 units, indoor and outdoor LED luminaires approx. 700 units, emergency exit and safety luminaires approx. 120 units, fire protection barriers approx. 250 units, data outlets approx. 150 units, data cabinets/patch panels approx. 10 units, intercoms with video/access function approx. 8 units, potential equalization and earthing connections approx. 200 units. Execution takes place predominantly in the listed building stock with high demands on quality, surface protection, and construction sequence coordination; site logistics are challenging. The tender covers several building areas such as residential, administration, crypt, cemetery operations, and staff and WC buildings.
