Electrical installation works for new construction and renovation of sports halls (hockey and tennis)

Electrical installation works for the expansion and conversion of the Hockey and Tennis Club Uhlenhorst Mülheim's club premises: new construction of a two-field hockey hall with an athletics center (federal hockey base, building sections B and D), including a two-field hockey hall, fitness area with changing rooms and sanitary facilities, office and seminar areas, new fire brigade access, first aid room, and a strength training room of approx. 2x 180 m²; conversion of an existing hockey and tennis hall into a three-field tennis hall (building sections A and C) with changing rooms and sanitary facilities. The space freed up in building section A and the team room will be developed into an office and seminar area (building section C). The fitness area (building section B) will be built on outdoor tennis courts 11 and 12, and the two-field hockey hall (building section D) on an additional rounded area with fire brigade access. Start of services is early September 2027, acceptance is planned for end of August 2027. Contract award is expected mid/end August 2026. Funding requirements from federal, state (NRW), and likely EFRE funds must be observed.
