Electromechanical Locking Systems for VAV Properties

Renewal of electromechanical locking systems for ten (10) VAV-owned properties in Vantaa: Antaksentie 21, Arinatie 7, Asolantie 22, Keikarinkuja 2, Kolohongankuja 6, Lummetie 11, Maarukarinne 5, Minkkitie 11, Ollaksentie 31 & Sahatie 2. The system is self-powered, remotely manageable, secure, adaptable, and system-based, ensuring high-level key security. All key cylinders and keys are electromechanical; their basic function without time features operates without an external power source. All locks, including furniture locks, are programmable into the same locking system, allowing a single key to work in all locks. Keys receive individual stamping if required for key management software. Time-controlled doors are equipped with readers for access control (using either a key or a separate identifier). The access identifier is permanently linked to the locking system's key, and both are creatable from a single software. Key cylinders, keys, and necessary software with licenses are delivered installed and programmed. The system allows the connection of key-updating reader devices with PIN keypads. Information about lost keys transfers from a remote reader to the key and then to other independent locks. The system allows the integration of key safe key cylinders and other locks usable with mobile keys. For insurance interface doors, Class 1 key cylinder escutcheons approved according to SFS 7020/SFS 5970 requirements are used. The import of floor plans with locking markings into the software is included. Locking systems are established under the respective company's locking system. The scope includes design work, locking system planning, programming work, installation, and other necessary tasks, including potential door modification and asbestos work if a cylinder-only replacement is not possible. All work, products, and materials are delivered fully installed and commissioned, ensuring systems are fully functional and documented. Included are the required number of locking system meetings with the client, a site survey, and design. All necessary data communication cabling and related materials for doors within the property are to be included. The attached quantity and equipment lists are indicative; an offer for the specified product or an equivalent is requested. Costs for decentralized administration of the locking system, programming devices, and identifiers for software access (calculated for 3 decentralized users operating at different physical locations) are to be considered. An hourly rate for locksmith services for potential additional and modification work is to be offered.
