Electronic System for the Croatian Science Foundation
Development of a new electronic system for the Croatian Science Foundation (HRZZ) for submitting project proposals, their evaluation, and monitoring funded projects. The existing EPP system from 2011 occupies ~720 GB of server space, has 21,875 active registered users, approximately 7,000 annual users, and is used by about 30 HRZZ staff. The new system must be modular, adaptable by the client to different tender types, evaluation processes, and users, and allow the selection of predefined elements for specific tender periods (e.g., eligibility criteria, user forms, mandatory fields, upload documentation). A detailed description is provided in the Technical Specifications (Appendix I).
