Electrical Planning for Fire Protection Measures at Federal Police Buildings in Deggendorf

Planning services for technical equipment: Specialist planning for plant group 5 (telecommunication and IT systems) according to § 55 HOAI for the modernization and repair of structural fire protection measures at the Federal Police site in Deggendorf, supplemented by minor planning services for plant group 4 (heavy current systems). The project includes the structural adaptation and repair of buildings 2a to 2h and K, with a total usable area of approximately 43,000 m², while the Federal Police operations continue. The scope of services includes the review and adoption of fire protection certificates, execution and detailed planning of electrical systems considering fire protection requirements (fire compartments, barriers, escape and rescue routes), planning and adaptation of fire protection systems (fire alarm systems, smoke extraction systems, other safety-relevant systems, modification of the existing fire alarm system with internal alarming), coordination with all involved parties (building supervisory authority, fire department, expert reviewers, Federal Police, object planning, HLS specialist planning), creation of acceptance documents (as-built plans, test and acceptance protocols, defect lists), participation in acceptance, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. Planning must be carried out by qualified specialists with experience in electrical fire protection for building class 5 with special construction requirements and covers HOAI service phases 1 to 9. Commissioning is staged (Stage 1: Phases 1-4; Stage 2: Phase 5; Stage 3: Phases 6-7; Stage 4: Phase 8; Stage 5: Phase 9), with no entitlement to commission all stages.
