Electrical engineering services for the technical renovation of the S2 area at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysics in Frankfurt am Main: 2 sub-distribution boards, emergency lighting with group battery, 22 safety/emergency exit luminaires, cable systems up to 5 x 10 mm² (approx. 4,000 m), cable systems 4 x 35/16 to 4 x 95/50 mm² (approx. 600 m), KNX lighting control, lighting system with 51 laboratory luminaires and 28 corridor and other functional luminaires, fiber optic network (approx. 2,150 m) and Cat7 cabling (approx. 1,000 m), access control system with group control, 3 card readers, and 3 digital locking cylinders. Execution is to commence within 12 working days after receipt of the client's request (expected by December 30, 2026). The service must be completed within 240 working days after this deadline (5 working days/week).
