Electrical engineering for advance roof renovation, Reutlingen City Hall

Electrical installation works for the advance roof renovation of Reutlingen City Hall: dismantling and re-laying of electrical lines and luminaires in multiple phases; dismantling of luminaires on the 1st and 2nd floors; checking, tracing, and clear identification of circuits; re-routing or re-laying of lines prior to the dismantling of existing ventilation ducts; dismantling or re-routing of all lines obstructing the roof renovation; professional securing of supply lines and cables for lighting control, sun protection, and sockets; optional dismantling of existing cable trays. Reinstallation of luminaires will occur approximately 10-12 months after completion of roof renovation and installation of new ventilation systems. Cable laying for HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) / BMS (building management system) trades is not part of this contract.
