Global energy performance contract for buildings and technical installations of Cadillac Hospital Center: Design and execution of a work program for the renovation of energy systems (heating, domestic hot water, air conditioning, ventilation, HVAC auxiliaries) in existing buildings, and occasional improvement of the building envelope's energy performance. This includes improving summer comfort, refurbishing the main site's heat distribution network, creating a geothermal installation for heat supply, implementing and upgrading the Building Management System (BMS) across all sites with a compatible communication protocol, and designing and executing photovoltaic installations. Also included are necessary administrative procedures (road permits, exchanges with network operators, building permits) and assistance with subsidy and CEE (Energy Savings Certificates) applications. Services further comprise the operation and maintenance of technical equipment (P0, P2), energy management and monitoring, major maintenance, renewal, and total guarantee (P3) of the equipment, as well as monitoring and steering of energy performance according to a Measurement and Verification Protocol (PMVP). Required fields of expertise include energy management, heat/cold/DHW production, high/low voltage, solar photovoltaics, BMS, IPMVP, and the operation of thermal equipment.
