Energy modernization of the building of Kindergarten Complex No. 1, Kindergarten No. 7 in Siemianowice Śląskie: thermal insulation of external walls (above and below ground) with waterproofing below ground, roof insulation with replacement of roofing and flashing, chimney repair, demolition works, replacement of gutters and downpipes, replacement of specified window and door joinery, terrace repair, installation of canopies over entrances, repair of the main entrance canopy, repair of entrance stairs, installation of balustrades, drainage works, installation of a perimeter strip around the building, sanitary facility renovation, replacement of water, sewage, and hydrant systems, replacement of central heating system with radiators and modernization of the heat node, mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation, replacement of electrical installation (internal power lines, 1-phase sockets, computer power installation, fire protection installation), replacement of basic and emergency lighting, replacement of lightning protection system and grounding, installation of bird nesting boxes. The scope of work is based on a non-binding bill of quantities. Works will be performed in an active building used by children and staff; noisy works are to be carried out after 3:00 PM or on non-working days, or by prior arrangement with the facility director. A warranty of at least 60 months is required. A site visit is recommended on 27.08.2026 at 10:00 AM.
