English translation and language review services: Selection of one (1) supplier for the Bank of Finland. Contract signing is estimated for late 2026. Procurement quantities are estimates; there is no purchase obligation for the client and no exclusivity for the service provider. A basic personal security clearance, with personal consent, is required for all personnel working on-site. A successful security clearance process is a prerequisite for on-site work and handling confidential documents. A company security clearance may be conducted for the selected bidder. Personnel must be independent of entities supervised by Fiva, foreign supervised entities, and other financial market operators (banks, investment firms, fund management companies, stock exchanges, insurance and pension institutions, and listed companies). Additionally, a personal confidentiality agreement must be signed.
