First Aid and Resuscitation Training for Pohjois-Pohjanmaan

First Aid and Resuscitation Training: The training includes First Aid (16 hours), Advanced First Aid (8 hours), Emergency First Aid (8 hours and 4 hours), Basic Resuscitation (2 hours), and Advanced Resuscitation (2 hours). All training is conducted in-person. The content of the first aid courses and the qualifications of the trainers must meet the requirements of Kela, the Health Insurance Act, and the Occupational Safety Administration for maintaining workplace first aid readiness. Group sizes for first aid courses are a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 participants, for basic resuscitation a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 participants, and for advanced resuscitation a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 participants. Training will be procured as needed in the regions of Koillismaa, Oulu, Southern Oulu, Lakeus, Coastal, and Oulunkaari. There is no guaranteed purchase volume and no exclusivity for the supplier. The contract period is from 01.02.2027 to 31.01.2028, with two option periods from 01.02.2028 to 31.01.2029 and from 01.02.2029 to 31.01.2030. further items as per the tender documents
