Nitrogen Supply for the BioCampus MultiPilot (BMP) Multi-Purpose Demonstration Plant

Nitrogen supply for the BioCampus MultiPilot (BMP) multi-purpose demonstration plant in Straubing: Planning, delivery, construction, and services for the realization of a self-contained, fully functional nitrogen supply (package unit), including design, manufacturing, assembly, delivery, setup, connection, and commissioning within the process-technical limits. The supply includes a tank for an expected demand of 500 t/a, two evaporators each with approx. 300 Nm³/h capacity, three pipeline branches with pressure regulation to 30 mbarü, 3 barü, and 10 barü as transfer points to the plant. Additionally, all necessary components for safe operation, remote monitoring, and preferably level recording are included. The nitrogen supply should preferably meet the requirements for food products (materials, nitrogen quality); alternatively, an offer for technical quality with at least 99.8% purity is possible. Contract duration 3 years. A cost breakdown separated by installation/commissioning costs, rental costs, nitrogen delivery costs, and optional additional services is requested.
