Removal and disposal of illegally stored hazardous waste in Bonowice

Removal and disposal of illegally stored hazardous waste: All hazardous waste illegally collected and stored on plots no. 336, 337, 338, and 343 in Bonowice, Szczekociny Municipality, located in Big Bags and piles, must be removed and disposed of. The waste is to be subjected to appropriate final recovery or disposal processes according to its properties, or processed into a product while maintaining the conditions for losing waste status; required tests confirming the loss of hazardous waste status are necessary. The estimated quantity of waste is approximately 14,500.00 Mg. The final disposal process generally includes processes D5, D9, or D10. The waste is to be treated as waste with codes 16 81 01* (hazardous waste from accidents/unforeseen events), 16 03 03* (inorganic hazardous waste), 16 03 05* (organic hazardous waste), or 17 05 03* (soil/earth/stones containing hazardous substances, e.g., PCB). Employment of personnel under an employment contract is required for the transport of hazardous waste and the processes of final recovery, disposal, or product processing. Funding is provided by the contracting authority's own funds of 800,400.00 PLN and a grant from the Ministry of Climate and Environment of 79,239,600.00 PLN.
