Disposal of hazardous waste in Bonowice, Gmina Szczekociny

Disposal of hazardous waste: Removal and recovery or disposal of approximately 14,500.00 Mg of illegally stored hazardous waste on plots no. 336, 337, 338, and 343 in Bonowice, Gmina Szczekociny. The waste is located in Big Bags and on piles and is to be treated as waste codes 16 81 01* (hazardous waste from accidents), 16 03 03* (inorganic hazardous waste), 16 03 05* (organic hazardous waste), or 17 05 03* (soil and earth, including stones, containing hazardous substances such as PCB). Services include final recovery or disposal (processes D5, D9, D10 according to Annex 2 of the Waste Act) or processing into a product with proof of status loss according to Art. 14 of the Waste Act. Employment contracts are required for personnel involved in waste transport and treatment. The estimated contract value is 80,040,000.00 PLN, financed by own funds (800,400.00 PLN) and a grant from the Ministry of Climate and Environment (79,239,600.00 PLN). A site visit will take place on June 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
