Disposal of excavated soil and asphalt rubble, and operation of an interim storage facility: Framework agreement with a term from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. The material originates from civil engineering works by REWAG, the Regensburg Civil Engineering Office, or third parties, and requires professional disposal. Delivery is to the interim storage facility at Kremser Straße 12, Regensburg, or directly within the construction site. Storage occurs in separate piles (at least one pile per construction measure); collective piles are formed for small measures. For asphalt rubble containing pitch, the provision of containers on the construction site is required. The operation of the interim storage facility by REWAG in cooperation with the City of Regensburg is supported by the contractor. Piles with a maximum size of approximately 500 m³ must be disposed of from the interim storage site or construction site within 10 working days after analysis and commissioning. Travel costs to construction sites within the city of Regensburg and REWAG's supply area are included in the unit prices.
