Disposal of hazardous waste for Příbram Regional Hospital from 2027
Disposal of hazardous waste: Collection and disposal of hazardous waste, including the fulfillment of statutory administrative obligations under the Waste Act. Regular acceptance of waste with codes according to Decree No. 8/2021 Coll. (Waste Catalogue), as specified in Annex No. 1 of the tender documents. The supplier accepts the waste and ensures its proper and timely disposal in accordance with all applicable legal regulations. Types and estimated quantities of waste are listed in the waste overview table. Also included is the maintenance of necessary records in accordance with applicable legislation and the regular submission of records of accepted hazardous waste to the client in the form and frequency in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll. Services are to be performed in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll. on Waste, Act No. 111/1994 Coll. on Road Transport, and the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR).
