Disposal of Hazardous Waste, Decontamination, and Recultivation for Plots in Wszedzień 20

Disposal of hazardous waste: Removal, securing, transport, and recovery or disposal of an estimated approximately 2,300 tons of hazardous waste on plots no. 111 and 112 in Wszedzień 20, Mogilno commune. The waste is primarily to be classified as 16 81 01* (hazardous properties), 16 03 03* (inorganic, hazardous substances), 16 03 05* (organic, hazardous substances), 17 05 03* (soil/earth, hazardous substances), or 17 05 05* (dredging spoil, hazardous substances). This includes the decontamination of building structures (walls, warehouse floors) to the extent required by surface contamination, Ex Situ bioremediation by excavating soil to approximately 1 m depth over an area of approximately 2,300 m² (depending on soil test results) and transferring it to a final facility for processing or disposal of hazardous waste. Furthermore, the recultivation of plots no. 111 and 112 with a total area of 0.95 ha in an agricultural-construction direction, with plot 112 being entirely recultivated for agricultural purposes. Recultivation includes the supply of native soil for soil layer reconstruction, application of soil-improving agents for heavy metal binding (if necessary), soil stabilization, construction of embankments, drainage and dewatering, and the design and construction of an approximately 5 m x 60 m insulating green belt in the southern part of the plot with phytoextraction plants (e.g., willows, poplars, mustard, pennycress, grasses, legumes, black pine, Scots pine, noble fir, giant fir, Norway spruce, plantain, osier).
