Disposal of waste by deposition: includes residual waste, street waste, soil and stone waste from public roads, residues from municipal waste treatment plants, and non-recyclable waste from internal and/or external renovation and rehabilitation activities of residential buildings, for deposition at non-hazardous waste landfills in Cernavoda. The estimated value of services is a minimum of 4,000,000.00 Lei excluding VAT and a maximum of 4,384,080.00 Lei excluding VAT for the entire duration of the framework agreement; for the annual subsequent contract, the value is a minimum of 2,000,000.00 Lei excluding VAT and a maximum of 2,192,040.00 Lei excluding VAT per year. Clarification requests can be submitted up to 18 days before the tender deadline; responses will be provided by the 15th day before the tender deadline.
