Disposal of Municipal Waste for the Municipality of Kurów in 2027

Disposal of municipal waste: Collection, transport, and recovery of municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties in 17 villages of the municipality of Kurów (Barłogi, Bronisławka, Brzozowa Gać, Buchałowice, Choszczów, Dęba, Klementowice, Kłoda, Kurów, Łąkoć, Marianka, Olesin, Płonki, Posiołek, Szumów, Wólka Nowodworska, Zastawie) in 2027. This includes collection, transport, and recovery of municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), provision of color-coded bags for selective waste collection to residents, preparation and delivery of waste collection schedules, timely collection of waste according to fractions, cleaning of the area around collection points if soiled during loading, and submission of legally required reports. The service must be performed in accordance with applicable law, particularly the Waste Management Plan of Lublin Voivodeship, the Act of September 13, 1996, on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the Act of December 14, 2012, on Waste, the Act of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of January 11, 2013, on detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners, the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 10, 2021, on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions, the Act of July 4, 2019, amending the Waste Act and certain other acts, local statutes of the Kurów Municipality on waste management, and other relevant legal provisions and data protection regulations. Waste management must enable the municipality of Kurów to achieve appropriate levels of recycling, reuse, and recovery, and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfills, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
